Job Description

Do you work in manufacturing and have experience of finishing products? Deburring, grinding, polishing - a good eye for detail to ensure products become perfect? If so, we'd love to chat with you about a market-leading manufacturer near to Fareham who are looking for a Permanent Metal Finisher paying £26,380 (£13.35 per hour), working 38 hours a week, if you worked lates there is a 25% shift uplift.

This role will work either early Shift Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm, days, or lates - the shift choice is down to your preference. There is ample room for growth and progression within this highly invested machine shop and a chance to grow a continually growing company. There is around 12 hours a week overtime paid at x1.5 hourly rate.

What do I need?

For this finishing position, you will have some finishing experience working on products that have been machined, ideally. These products come off CNC machines, yet if you have the right attitude and your experience of finishing is on plastics, composites this role could be your chance to gain experience on finishing techniques!

This role is a permanent position and they will interview quickly for a promising candidate.
