FPR Group have been given an exciting opportunity to recruit for talented Business Development Executives to join our corporate client within the Chichester area.
Your excellent communications skills and passion for building relationships is key to your success in this role. You will be a part of a growing team that will work within the insurance sector, to identify, quote and win new clients for their already established business. If you are an experienced sales professional or an enthusiastic career driven graduate, then this could be the job for you.
Our ideal candidate
To succeed in this job, it is likely that you will have previous sales and customer management skills. Ideally you will have worked in a B2B or B2C sales background, where you have been excited by meeting and exceeding targets. Having a high level of education is a plus and you must be competent at all Microsoft packages, including Word, Outlook and Excel. You will be a confident professional with a good sense of humour, and the ability to self-motivate.
Salary & Benefits
Benefits include a lucrative salary of up to £20,000 dependant on experience. This is a prime opportunity to exceed this with a potential of an extra £9,000 commission on top if all targets are met.
Monday - Thursday 9:00 - 17:30
Friday 9:00 - 17:00

Due to its location, your own transport would be advised as there is no access to public transport.
