A residential school and college based in the central Brighton area is looking to recruit a support worker to work nights supporting young adults aged 19-25 with learning disabilites including autism and cerebral palsy in a residential school working environment.
You will be working across 3/4 residential services with young adults who attend the college on a daily basis, offering support and care at night times.
You will be working in a small night team where you will carry out night based duties and patrols as well as supporting the young people as and when.
The job role involves working for an established local charity, well known in the area for supplying excellent care and support to the young people, supplying varying levels of education and support in a sometimes challenging environment.
You will be given an excellent training and development programme and also an enhanced salary with increased holiday pay. Plus a gaurenteed 3 nights off per week.
