Are you an experienced NPI Quality Engineer seeking an exciting new opportunity? If you have a background in Electronics, Aerospace, Automotive, Medical, Defence or Space, this role is perfect for you!

This NPI Quality Engineer role is working for an Electronics Manufacturer in Andover. The working hours are 8:30 - 5pm Monday to Thursday, with an earlier finish of 3:30pm on a Friday! The role is also paying up to £50,000 depending on experience.

Join the dynamic team as a New Product Introduction (NPI) Quality Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping excellence. Your mission: infuse a "get it right the first time" ethos into product development and prototype manufacturing. Be the gatekeeper of quality in NPI, wielding industry-standard tools and influencing stakeholders to embrace change. Define and manage KPIs, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision. Navigate the intricacies of quality management systems, keeping automotive standards in mind. Champion improvement initiatives, monitor product quality, and lead the charge in addressing deviations. You'll be the go-to for reliability tests, quality alerts, and guiding customer returns.

As an NPI Quality Engineer, you play a vital role in driving the Quality Strategy forward. Your responsibilities include initiating, facilitating, supporting, verifying, and sustaining this strategy. This role holds the key to realizing the Commercial Strategy, which is all about boosting core business by enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and delivering exceptional service. The company are seeking a self-motivated individual with a proven track record in driving transformative change, breaking boundaries, and achieving remarkable results using industry-standard Quality tools. Your communication skills will be pivotal to your success in this role. You'll have the power to engage and influence peers and senior stakeholders, elevate the quality standards, and bring a practical, data-driven approach to prioritize improvements across our product range. You will need:

• Preferred bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of quality management experience in industrial manufacturing and product development, with a focus on medical, automotive, aeronautics, or space industries.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485, AS 9100, and relevant standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Demonstrable organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Practical engineering knowledge.
• Experience in using quality tools like DFMEA, PFMEA, and Control Plans for New Production Introduction.
