Job Description
Do you have a high degree of accuracy with some Administration skills to become our Office Assistant? If organisation and attention to detail is something that you pride yourself on, then we are recruiting for a permanent part time Office Assistant to join our expanding team of 14 here in the Havant office.
Tell me more!! As our Office Assistant your job will be to support the administrative needs of a busy and successful recruitment team, inputting data, generating reports and being a dynamic member of our office!
The job you will be conducting is integral to the success of our team, primarily ensuring that our workers are paid precisely off the back of hours accurately logged into our system.
Utilising your natural organisational and communication skills your duties will include but are not limited to processing payroll, collating, and producing key client reports, ordering office supplies, database administration, monitoring social media and setting up and co-ordinating logins.

What do I need?
You would describe yourself as someone who is highly organised, has excellent attention to detail, takes pride in the work you produce, are a quick learner and who can work effectively with a degree of autonomy. If you already have Administration experience that's great, yet transferable skills are very much welcomed! Previous experience using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Outlook) is required.
The role is based in our Havant office (not hybrid) and the role will suit those who may have parental commitments as the working hours will be 09:00 - 15:00, 3 days a week,
