Office Coordinator - Amazing company, Amazing benefits!

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within a well-established financial services company based in Warrington on a permanent basis. This company are expanding and looking for someone who wants to grow with the company. They want someone to be confident in themselves and help with suggestions on ways to improve as well as being able to develop your own skills, all with a smile on your face! You would be a name and not just a number here, each day will be different all within a friendly and social atmosphere.

Role Responsibilities -

You would be carrying out all administration duties on a daily basis for the team providing high levels of accuracy and attention to detail supporting more than one department (multitasking will be essential!) You will need to work quickly and efficiently, maintaining confidentiality at all times due to some sensitive information and be confident in liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management.

The role will also involve you dealing with the recruitment process of new starters, managing the CV's, liaising with recruitment agencies (me!) arranging interviews and following the process through to offer stage. You will liaise with HR and arrange relevant documentation and produce new starter packs. You will be responsible for coordinating team activities, incentives, ad hoc events and treat Friday!

The main bulk of the role will include you ordering and taking delivery of stationary/office supplies, arranging meetings, taking confidential notes, uploading documents, preparing statistics, maintaining trackers for call audits, complaints and staff holidays. You will support compliance with annual due diligence checks and maintain dealer details as well as assisting with creating usernames and passwords for them.

You will need to be confident on computer systems including Microsoft Office as you will be using Word and Excel on a daily basis.
