FPR Group have been given a great opportunity to recruit for an experienced Office Manager to work for one of our clients based in the Chichester area.
You will have a diverse and varied role including, being the first point of contact for HR queries and acting as the General Managers first line of support.
Our ideal candidate
You will already have a background as an office manager or in senior administration with knowledge of HR procedures. Being able to work at ease in fast paced environment and multi task when carrying out various tasks such as; organise and attend meetings to take minutes, develop and maintain office systems, including data management. You will take part in project management tasks and liaise with key clients to ensure deadlines are met. And lastly ensuring that data protection laws are being adhered to in relation to the storage of data, and review and update policies including health and safety documentation.
Salary & Benefits
Benefits include a rewarding salary of up to £28,000 per annum, company pension scheme, cycle to work scheme and 22 days of holiday plus bank holidays. This increases to 25 days holidays after 3 years' service. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am until 17.00.
This role also includes fully funded training and development and to enjoy being a part of the companies' quarterly staff social events!
Due to its location, your own transport would be advised as there is no access to public transport.
