Job Description

FPR Group is one of the UK's fastest growing recruitment companies and we are now looking for a talented individual to join us as a Manager and lead our friendly Health & Social Care team in Brighton as we prepare to take the next step.

We supply temporary and permanent staff 24/7 to our care clients who cater for learning disabilities, mental health, childcare services (including educational), nursing/residential homes and dementia units. Elicia, Jim and Dave have enjoyed an excellent year doubling their temporary margin and also delivering solid regular permanent placements.

Building on this excellent platform as Manager your job will be to utilise your excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire, develop and coach the team to even more success. Leading from the front you will co-ordinate the team to successfully balance attracting the best care workers for our clients, winning new business and fulfilling our client's needs by filling their temporary shifts and permanent recruitment requirements.

The Brighton office is based on Queens Road just a short distance from both the train station, main shopping centre (including the famous lanes) and the seafront. It's a large townhouse that has been renovated into offices and has been the home of our head office since 1991.

This role offers a first year OTE package of £48,922 which includes a car allowance. Commission has no thresholds and is uncapped providing you with a fantastic opportunity to grow the team and potentially earn even more. We also offer 4 weeks' holiday increasing with service (plus bank holidays), contributory pension scheme and private health care (after qualifying period).

This role will suit a driven individual with experience of managing a Health & Social Care recruitment team and successfully managing and developing consultants. You may be an experienced recruitment manager looking for a fresh challenge or an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with experience of leading consultants looking for that next career step into management.
