Operations/Administrative Assistant - £9/hr temp to perm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the dynamic and vibrant team within the Industrial and Horticultural division of our recruitment office in central Bognor Regis. Our clients are some of the largest and most successful food production retailers in the country and you can be a part of the continuing success story of the office.
It's a busy role and you will play an integral part in assisting the team with a variety of recruitment administrative duties. These functions will include liaising with the managers in monitoring the flow of temporary workers and accurately inputting data information onto Excel spreadsheets and formatting and processing Word documents. You will need to be able to work well under pressure and have a flexible attitude to working in a diverse environment. You will also speak Polish and English fluently (and any other languages would be a plus!)
Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30pm to 5.30pm. During peak busy periods you will be required to work the hours of 5.30 am to 2.30pm.
