Import / Export Officer
Are you an experienced Operations Administrator? Have you gained experience working within an Import / Export Administration role?
If so, you may be the perfect candidate for our brand-new Import / Export Administrator position working within the Operations department.
Controlling despatch shipments, you will complete customer entries onto the companies Oracle system to keep the supply chain afloat. Keeping in line with the carriers high-quality standards you will be maintaining the current consignor levels held by the company.
This is an office-based position reporting to the Operations Manager
You will be working with Oracle so if you have experience with this platform then great as this will help you daily. Any experience with Microsoft Office will also lend well to this position.
You will be able to manage your time efficiently to ensure shipments are sent out on time and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Book in all despatch shipments
- Maintaining paperwork
- Updating and monitoring Oracle
- Data Entry
- Develop and maintain carrier relationships
- Review and audit procedures
- Work towards to known consignor levels
