Job Description

This Operations Executive is working for an educational service provider in Petersfield. The position is hybrid, offering a Monday to Friday working week, with 2 days worked from home. The hours are Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm, with an early finish of 4:30pm on a Friday! The position is paying up to £31,000 depending on experience.

This Operations Executive role also includes benefits such as 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, hybrid working and access to the pension scheme.

The Operations Executive role is a varied position designed to help support different departments within the business and wider group. This is a people facing role, focused on building great relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and being able to support any client queries. This role will also involve onboarding new and renewing customers to help understand their requirements, so that the service can be tailored to their needs. This position will aid with creation of learning material and ensure everything is up to date. It is important that the successful candidate learns the product and understands it well, as this role involves delivering demos to clients and offering them system support. This role also involves going to expos and events to meet prospects, clients, tutors, students and other relevant stakeholders.
