The Role:

As a Production Operative, your mission includes:

• Operating and maintaining top-tier machinery and equipment, adhering to established standards and procedures.
• Keeping a watchful eye over the production line to ensure optimal efficiencyand productivity
• Conducting quality checks and inspections to guarantee that the products meet and exceed specifications.
• Lending a hand with material handling, inventory management, and various production tasks.
• Thriving under pressure as you manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Collaborating with your teammates to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements, fostering a culture of continual improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, we seek individuals who possess the following attributes:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not mandatory. We welcome applications from ambitious individuals eager to embark on a learning journey and achieve personal growth.
• An unwavering commitment to learning new skills
• Exceptional time management skills, enabling you to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills and a knack for teamwork, as you'll collaborate closely with colleagues spanning various departments.

  • Option 1: 4 days on and 4 days off, from 07:00 to 19:00, paying an impressive £12.74 per hour.
  • Option 2: 4 nights on and 4 nights off, from 19:00 to 07:00, offering a competitive rate of £14.78 per hour.
