Job Description

Would you like to join a busy accounts team that is the engine room for one of Brighton's longest established recruitment companies?

We have an excellent opportunity for someone considering a career payroll based at the top of our HQ working in our friendly team alongside Donna and Magda.

As well as a competitive salary benefits also including 4 weeks holiday (plus all bank holidays) holiday rising with service, an extra day off for your birthday, pension and private health care (after two years' service) and feed your face on the last Friday of the month!

The hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm but you will never have chance to clock watch as amongst the duties you will be kept busy with will be weekly payroll (lots and lots of it!), setting up new starters on our database, running regular weekly reports, responding to queries from clients and colleagues and occasionally making an amazing cup of Tea!

The ideal candidate will have some previous experience / knowledge of payroll but we are open to someone with strong administration and good excel skills and offer excellent training and support to ensure you are a success every step of the way.
