You will be acting as technical expert to support both internal and external customers to solve technical support issues and work proactively to increase product expertise across the organisation.
The package:
Paying upto £45,000pa, 25 days holiday + BH, Company Car Allowance, Good pension contribution, Based onsite in Farnborough with occasional travel.
What do you need?
- Good Technical Electrical / Electronic skills
- Hands on approach, supporting all areas of the Metal Detection product range
- An ability to learn about and become the expert (Go to person) for Metal Detection systems
- Experience of dealing directly with customer, solving their problems and collecting their feedback.
- Good communication skills
- Willing and able to travel to customer sites in different countries
- Full driving licence
