Product Support Technician - Andover - £25,000- £35,000 DOE
A global engineering organisation are searching for a Product Support Technician to join their specialist team at their site in Andover.
As Product Support Technician you will be a vital member of the Production Support Team. You will be directly involved in providing technical support for the production cells within the manufacturing facility. You will be the first line of the technical support between the production cells, manufacturing and design engineering teams. Dealing with any day to day technical problems within the production cells; Working with the NPI Team to introduce new processes to the production line. Introduce Lean improvements across the business.

What do I need?
* Knowledge and experience of Manufacturing principals such as LEAN, FMEA
* Experience working within a Manufacturing Organisation ideally with electronics/ electrical/ hydraulics/ pneumatics products.
* To be confident in communicating with the Design, Manufacturing and Production teams about the products.
* Great cross functional communication skills are vital as you'll be interacting with multiple departments and confidence is equally as important as competence.
Interviews will take place via video platform and then it is likely you would be offered a site tour/visit all being favourable.
This position is commutable from, Andover, Southampton, Winchester, Newbury, Basingstoke, Salisbury and other surrounding areas within Hampshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire.
