This is a permanent position, working 8:30 - 5:00 Monday to Thursday and 8:30 - 1:00 on Fridays. What will I be doing?
You will be liaising closely with production teams to ensure orders are being worked correctly and they're understanding of any new orders. Making sure customers are informed from start to finish and their orders are out on time. Any following up actions that are required are completed.
What do I need?
- Previous administrative experience is a must need.
- A background in purchasing would be advantageous.
- Highly driven able to work independently and as a team
- Outstanding communication skills with equal drive and ambition
- Quick learner and competent on administrative systems.
