They can offer you 25 days holiday and flexible benefits such as a share save scheme, employer pension contribution and a salary up to circa £37000, depending on experience there could be scope for this salary to be pushed up a little. Working 37.5 hours a week over 4.5 days (Friday afternoons off) you will work Mon - Fri 0800 to 1645 and Friday 8am to 12:30.

What will I be accountable for? Working closely within automation you'll need to have a good understanding of pneumatics as this drives the automated processes there. You will be working closely with maintenance supporting them on refurbishment of machinery, identifying process improvements, suggesting needs for investment, managing new and improved processes and providing the manager with your added input.
So what do I need? Pneumatics experience is a must, an ability to read drawings and use AutoCAD is also important. You'll need to be a self starter as the team is very small, driven and keen to suggest ideas. The right candidate will need to have a good level of experience as although the manager can support you they won't be able to train you from scratch so to speak, having that base level of experience is important.
