Being the main point of contact in the Production department, we are looking for a strong manager to ensure workloads are maximised and staff are conducting this as efficiently as possible to reach the correct deadlines on time. Ensure staff morale is high and health and safety is being adhered to. Joining a relaxed environment, you would be reporting to the Operations Director and must ensure a keen working atmosphere continues. As manager, you will be over-seeing all staff on the factory floor, making sure everyone is working well together, all work is flowing in each section of the factory as it should be, prioritising work correctly. Liaising with internal departments, you must ensure production and work loads are being completed on-time and complete any final checks going out for delivery.
What do I need?
- Previous leadership/management experience is a must have.
- Experience in a sheet metal, machine operating or similar backgrounds.
- Strong stern attitude and willingness to handle difficult conversations.
- Forklift license and experienced is preferred.
- The ability to have different work across different industries each day.
- Being able to maintain morale levels and ensure all staff is being efficient.
