This important role is responsible for leading Production Operations in part of the business. This will suit an engaging and dynamic leader with a hands on and detailed approach to leading production teams to maximize their potential. You will be supported by Team Leaders and a cross-functional support team (EHS, Quality, Planning and Engineering). You will lead, coach and develop staff while ensuring Safety, Quality and Productivity to achieve On Time Delivery goals.
Paying upto £65kpa, 25 days holiday felwible working hours and potential annual bonuses!
What do you need?
- Clean room experience
- Production Management experience
- People Management skills
- Manufacturing processes experience (lean engineering)
- Good understanding of IS9001:2015
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
