As a Production Operations Manager you will ensure that all daily output targets are achieved in accordance with agreed cost and efficiency standards, while maintaining high quality, safe practices, and a safe working environment.

Oversee the overhead budgets in Production.

You will also guide, inspire, and support the production management team to meet business goals by continually and consistently enhancing their organisational development

You will be working a Monday - Friday 0815 - 16.30 with a Highly competitive salary.

What you need?

• Proven Management experience within a manufacturing/production environment
• Analytical, entrepreneurial, and organisational abilities
• Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques, along with a strong grasp of best practices in Lean Manufacturing
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
