This role as a Machine Operative is based in Farlington, near Portsmouth working for an electrical manufacturing company. There are multiple positions available. One position is a day shift pattern, offering a shift pattern of Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm, with an early finish on a Friday, offering a salary of £21,945. The other position is offering a double days shift pattern, 6am - 2pm one week and then 2pm - 10pm the next week. This shift pattern is offering £21,945 + a 22.5% uplift.

This Operator role will involve working within a production and manufacturing environment, being involved in the production line as well as the quality checks. You will be required to operate machinery as well as quality check components produced against company standards. An element of the operative position will also involve feeding the materials into the machines and helping to operate as well as identify faults.
