During your initial 12 weeks, you'll be paired with a seasoned mentor, who will skillfully mould you into a proficient operator and illuminate the myriad paths to growth within our organisation.
While prior production experience and machine operation skills are preferred, rest assured that comprehensive training is on offer to seamlessly integrate you into your new role.
You can anticipate training that covers:
- Operating machinery
- Ensuring quality standards through meticulous inspection
- Efficient picking and packing techniques
- Seamlessly contributing to the production line
- Alerting team leaders promptly to any identified quality concerns
Experience an invigorating work rhythm with alternating 4-Nights work shifts followed by 4 Nights off, with the added flexibility to opt for day or night shifts as suits you.
Shift Patterns are structured as follows:
- 4 Nights on and 4 Nights off, earning £14.78 per hour
- Operating hours from 7 pm to 7 am
