Job Description

Project Administrator

Are you looking for a new job within an engineering environment? If so then we are recruiting for an organised individual to join a fantastic company based in Waterlooville within a project support team.

You will be assisting a small team to help organise and schedule field engineers to carry out installations of the company's products up and down the country.

Duties include:

  • Diary management
  • Organising travel and accommodation
  • Managing the tooling and equipment schedule
  • Liaising with internal and external departments
  • Planning of future workloads
  • General administrative tasks

As a Project Support team member, you will work closely with the field team therefore communication is key. You will support friendly engineers whilst keeping track of their movements to ensure an on-time schedule.

If you have great attention to detail, confident telephone manner, and great organisational skills whilst being a keen learner, and are proficient in using various computer systems, this could be the role for you.

This role will see you work 08:00-16:30 Monday - Friday with the hourly rate depending on experience. Please apply now or send your CV directly to be considered for this role.
