We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the Projects Team, assisting the Operations Manager based in Waterlooville. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading facilities management company.
What will I be doing?
As the successful Projects Coordinator, you will be working within a small project team to manage new and existing orders. Supporting on live projects from inception through to completion you will be liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure a timely and cost-effective project is executed. Using the companies in house systems and utilising all resources, you will schedule / estimate projects, forecast headcount, ensure materials are to hand and carry out all necessary reports.
What do I need?
If you have experience of various CRM or ERP Systems then great as the training given on the companies' enterprise resource planning platform will come naturally to you. Alongside the ERP you will be working with Microsoft Office; predominately Microsoft Excel. Utilising your experience with Excel and its functions such as VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE and various FORMULAS will help with the project coordination. If you have a strong understanding of fabrication processes and the confidence to liaise with internal department heads, that will be a bonus!
