I am looking to recruit a Transitional Project Manager to help and support a very friendly and small team based in East Sussex. Your potential team will be small, but they have big hearts, determination and passion to support the residents in order to get the best outcomes for them.
In order to reward your commitment to the role, you will receive a generous starting salary, 27 days annual leave entitlement, plus bank holidays. You will work a total of 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday and typical workday for you would be 9am-5pm in either of the East Sussex Offices located in Eastbourne and St. Leonards and there is scope for you to do some work from home.
The residents that live in the scheme are young people and adults that will benefit from your friendly and approachable personality. Your Housing experience and Leadership qualities will support the team to achieve the best results they can. You will be helping the Young People in your care to develop and move on to Independent Living.
I will also consider other candidates with management experience in other health and social care settings as full training will be provided to you and a really good induction will be given that will give you the confidence to get started in the role.
