Project Manager (Waterfront Team)

We are looking for an experienced projects expert to join our growing and thriving client in the Maritime industry. You will be ensuring the delivery of projects from scope to completion and handover. You will be responsible for overall delivery of projects, liaising with design managers, cost planning teams and much more to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.

What will I be doing?
Working across the waterfront team, you will be supporting all waterfront assets-based projects which is the assets used for the movement and docking of vessels. In addition to the above tasks, you can expect to report on report milestones both across a weekly + monthly basis, review contractor progress meetings, provide forecasted end dates and recommended recovery plans, manage personally controlled project documentation and much more…

What do I need?

• Preferably holding a degree in project management, building, engineering or architecture. ONC/OND will be minimum.
• Safety training to IOSH or NEBOSH standards.
• SMSTS is a must have.
• You must be a British citizen due to this role being within the MOD.
• Experience in multi-disciplined projects.
• Knowledge of building regulations and country standards and regulations.
• A keen and adaptable mind-set, willingness to learn.
