This would suit someone who thrives in environments where there is variety, high end clients, and enjoys a level of autonomy.

Someone from the Aerospace/Aviation industry would be great, but we would love to hear from anyone from a similar mechanical engineer background who may understand the process of validation and qualification of products.

Experience looking after projects from conception and a knowledge of machined components would be help you in the role.

This would suit someone with advanced communication skills, adept at influencing internal departments and liaising with clients. You wont be managing a tam directly but you will hold a key role in the business and you would need to be able to control and move your project which often depends on your availability to get others moving in the same direction too.
