Job Description

Do you have Project Management experience or great Project Engineering experience and are keen to explore a very exciting position for a rapidly growing, hugely invested in site where you will have autonomy, variety and working on projects valuing 25k up to £5 million!

Based in Hampshire near to Southampton and Winchester, this role is purely a growth position as the company are looking to expand by 40% within the next year by taking on multiple Project Managers, Engineers and Mechanical Design professionals to accommodate orders they have the ability to take on.

As a Project Manager they can offer you up to £45,000 plus circa £5000 car allowance, all the usual benefits such as a good pension contribution, 25 days holiday, child care vouchers, medical care, salary sacrifice schemes etc etc and career progression!

What will I be doing?

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of the projects on time in full, typically overseeing 2/3 projects of varying length and value. You'll be the point of contact for the customer, develop a good rapport, work very closely with engineering and design, procurement and also their sub contracted manufacturing. As a Project Manager you'll oversee costs and planning and ultimately be closely involved from concept to delivery.

So what do I need?

  • This is a purely mechanical role, serving a prestige and technical industry so it is important you hold a good engineering certification, ideally a form of mechanical education.
  • Significant experience within project engineering/project management
  • Able to communicate well cross functionally, personable and presentable traits are required
  • Be from a mechanical or electro mechanical background
  • Above all we require confidence and someone to be happy working within an environment where your work is seen and recognised.
