We are looking for an experienced projects expert to join our growing and thriving client in the Maritime industry. You will be ensuring the delivery of projects from scope to completion and handover. You will be responsible for overall delivery of system projects, liaising with design managers, cost planning teams and much more to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.

What will I be doing?
Working across the systems team, we are looking for an individual with specific experience across HVAC projects and prior experience in the installation of HVAC systems. You will be ensuring the projects will be either trade packages or main contractor delivered works. As-well as the above information, you will be ensuring all relevant preconstruction information is needed to enable effective commencement of works is available to the site manager. What do I need?

• Preferably holding a degree in project management, building, engineering or architecture. ONC/OND will be minimum.
• Safety training to IOSH or NEBOSH standards.
• SMSTS is a must have.
• You must be a British citizen due to this role being within the MOD.
• Experience in multi-disciplined projects.

• Knowledge of building regulations and country standards and regulations.
• A keen and adaptable mind-set, willingness to learn.
