Our client is an impressive world leader in their industry and are looking to expand their 25 strong team in Petersfield.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for an established company that offers excellent scope for career progression. Salary is around £23000 to £27000 per annum depending on your level of experience, final salary pension scheme, contributory life assurance and 25 days holiday rising with service.
This role is commutable from Portsmouth, Southampton, Waterlooville, Chichester, Havant, Fareham, and surrounding areas.
We are looking for someone with exposure to a high-volume workload, someone who thrives in a fact paced environment and enjoys working on multiple tasks. Someone proactive and keen to progress their career further down the line.
This would suit someone who is used to working with Engineers or has experience within the building/construction industry. Someone highly organised with excellent communication skills.
A huge part of your role will be to schedule repairs projects/contracts including labour/engineers and prioritising workloads so experience of manual scheduling is essential!
The main part of your role would be the responsibility for all orders from point of receipt right through to completion so you get to be involved through the whole process. You would need to ensure that all contracts are delivered within the specified timeframe and repairs are carried out within a reasonable time. Presenting project information to both clients and field operatives in a professional manner shouldn't be a problem for someone with your communication skills. You will be a pivotal link between the office-based team and the rest of the division. Issuing work instructions to engineers, processing internal and external purchase orders, overseeing SLA agreements like callouts are adhered to.
