We are looking for an Administrator to join the Projects Team, assisting the Operations Manger and Coordinator on a temporary basis, based in Waterlooville. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading facilities management company, who operate across a range of industries.
What will I be doing?
As the temporary Projects Administrator, you will be responsible for playing a key part in the successful operation of the team. You will be supporting the Projects Team on live projects from inception through to completion by assisting with multiple elements crucial to the project delivery. This is a very varied position, with duties to include collating & inputting project data, liaising with suppliers to order clothing, making travel and hotel arrangements and also managing the vehicle fleet. You may be asked to liaise with clients, or even assist with the collection engineers' labour hours.
If social media from a corporate perspective is something which has always interested you, then you will be pleased to hear that this role will also have you maintaining and developing the company's social media presence!
What do I need?
We are looking for someone who has at least 1 year within an administration - if you have experience within a projects-based role, this would be a ideal! You must have good communication skills with a great eye for detail in addition to embracing a varied job role where every day may differ!
You will need to be confident in using Microsoft packages and if you have experience of Sage, then this would be advantageous.
Given the location, a driving license would be beneficial.
What's in it for me?
The hourly rate for this position starts at £8.21 and is variable dependent on experience and the working week is Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
