Are you an experienced administrator? Have you had exposure to conducting administrative tasks within a purchasing environment? If so then we have an opportunity for a Purchasing Assistant to join a great company based in Waterlooville, Hampshire.

As a Purchasing Assistant, you will benefit from working alongside experienced buyers within the purchasing department. So if you are looking to develop your career in purchasing this is a great opportunity to learn whilst getting paid.
Your daily tasks will be as followed:
- Chasing supplies
- Utilising computer system
- Data entry
As a Purchasing Assistant, you will be speaking with suppliers daily. A confident telephone manner and great customer service will help you liaise with the suppliers and help get materials on-site for the workshop.
No experience is needed in understanding what materials you will be assisting with. However, if you have worked within manufacturing or engineering then great as you will have good knowledge of the items you will be assisting with to purchase.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:00-16:30.
