FPR are proudly recruiting an experienced Receptionist/Administrator for a Maternity cover contract, for our client in Chichester. This position is due to start the end of September for 9-12 months and it is full time.
Our ideal candidate
To succeed in this job, it is likely that you will have previous Reception/Office experience. You will be able to use your natural organisational skills when booking staff on to training courses, filing, photocopying documents, being the first point of contact for incoming calls, meeting and greeting visitors and setting up the meeting rooms.
Your role will also involve you stock ordering office supplies and making sure any maintenance issues are reported to the correct people and is then fixed. Our client has an open-door policy and welcomes new ideas to improve the business and is happy for you to help out with new projects they are working on too!
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
Benefits include a salary of up to £18,000 per annum and free parking. The hours are Monday to Friday 9.00-17.30 with an hour for lunch.
