FPR are proudly recruiting for temp to perm Receptionist/Administrator to work for a corporate client within the administration sector. You will be based in the Chichester area. This role is an immediate start!
If you are a proactive, hands on experienced administrator, then this could be the kick start to a new job for you.
The hours are 9.00am- 17.30, Monday - Friday, full time.
I am looking for potential candidates who have the following:
- Computer literate including Word, Outlook and Excel, with advanced data entry skills
- Diary management
- First class customer service skills both face to face and on the telephone
- Experience is in administration is essential
- Excellent telephone manner
- You will be at ease to working in a fast-paced environment, whilst multi-tasking
- And having a good attention to detail is a bonus!
