Job Description

We are currently hiring for a Recruitment Consultant to work in our Health & Social Care division based in central Brighton.

We are looking for people with either a health & social care background (children or elderly) looking for a job in recruitment OR an experienced recruiter looking to join a fast-paced health & social care team.

We specialise in health & social care supplying our clients with vital temporary support workers and care assistants. So, the work you do really makes a difference to the quality of people's care and their lives.

Once you have completed your internal training you will also be given the opportunity to gain your Certificate in Recruitment Practice and acquire an NVQ Level 3.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm with an hour for lunch, there is also a paid out of hours cover expectation (approx 1 in 3 weeks) which would include evenings and weekends.

Expected first year on target earnings for a trainee recruiter is £25,000 increasing in your second year.
