Recruitment Resourcer - Chichester
£18,000 permanent, full-time
Do you have practical, hands-on experience from within the Health and Social Care sector, possibly as a Care Assistant or a Support Worker? Perhaps you are now exploring a different avenue to utilise your skills and want to move into an office based environment?
We are a busy Recruitment Agency with an office based in the heart of the beautiful market town of Chichester. Our Health and Social Care team are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join them in attracting and sourcing great candidates ie Care Assistants, Support Workers, Nurses etc to fill temporary assignments and shifts working with our extensive client base located from Bognor Regis to Bournemouth!
Supporting our experienced recruitment consultants and using your great communication skills, you will reach out to candidates on the phone, by E-mail, advertising, by text and carry out basic telephone and face to face interviews to assess their suitability for the various roles. Occasionally you may be required to visit our Portsmouth office and other locations in order to register candidates, so your own vehicle and flexibility in where you work will be required, but your main office location will always be Chichester.
You will utilise your talent for staying organised so staying on top of things is a must as you will be responsible for initiating DBS checks, completing registration paperwork and applying for candidate references.
We do not require any previous recruitment experience but skills in general office administration tasks will be needed. Full training will be given as necessary.
A generous salary of £18,000, a pension scheme and private health care (after qualifying period) are offered. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm.
