FPR Group is currently recruiting for a friendly and motivated individual to join their team of dynamic health and social care recruiters and make a real difference through sourcing candidates and great administration.
As well as learning day to day from Louisa and Regan we are also offering the opportunity to complete a comprehensive 15-month course leading to professional recruitment industry qualifications. You will be fully supported by your manager, the team and an external mentor, giving you the best possible head start to help you succeed in our amazing industry!
We specialise in recruiting and supplying our health and social care clients with temporary and permanent Support Workers, Care Assistants, RGN Nurses and other Senior roles. The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.

What will I learn to do? As a recruitment resourcer, you will learn to source, interview and represent the best temporary and permanent health and social care workers available for our clients. We will coach you to develop excellent candidate relationships to ensure the highest quality recruitment process in the industry. No two days are the same and your role will also incorporate regular contact with candidates both new and existing
To maintain the highest standards the administration side of the job is an important role and you will assist by keeping all compliance up to date, obtaining references, filing and general administration task.

- Demonstrable self-starting attitude, a keenness to receive feedback, listen and take direction with clear goals set to strive for.
- Great attention to detail, being organised and a leaning towards great administration.
