Currently looking to recruit a Registered Manager for a Residential Children's Home working with Children with EBD (emotional and behavioural difficulties). This beautiful home is based in Hove, popular for its Coffee shops and Colourful beach huts! You will be surrounded by all the beauty that hove has to offer with just a short walk away from the Seafront. Not to worry if you're not local to Hove as the Home is only a 5-minute walk from the Hove Train Station! The Home specialises in using a therapeutic and holistic approach to ensure the most meaningful and appropriate relationships between you, the team, the residents and the important people in their lives.

With your Registered Manager experience you will use your natural leadership, communication and organisational skills to effectively manage, monitor and develop the Home. You will be working in partnership with other Registered Managers and the Head Teacher to ensure the Home meets best practice with your knowledge in OFSTED regulations, Safeguarding children and Risk Management. With your prior experience, SEMH School/Learning environment knowledge paired with your Integrity, Honesty and Openness you will thrive in this Job!
With your flexible approach to your job, you will be open to stepping in to meet the demands of the Home whether that be staff shortages, increased workload or an emergency situation.
