This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced registered manager to work for an inspiring, therapeutic organisation with children's growth, support, and well-being at the heart of everything they do. Utilise your solid leadership, management experience and communication skills in a children's home situated in the garden of England in beautiful Kent. Play a vital role, within the house structure of this well-respected organisation managing and monitoring assessments, policies, and procedures. Using your experience as a manager you will be supporting, and directing a team of residential care workers and developing and nurturing relationships with young people whilst providing a safe, caring environment. Able to remain calm in challenging situations with strong de-scalation skills you will lead by example. Warm and approachable, a champion of equality and diversity you will be role model for your staff team and the children within your care.

Minimum of 2 years working with children and adolescents in a residential setting.
Great knowledge of up to date childcare policies and procedures and experience/understanding of Ofsted
Level 5 qualification in Management
Valid, clean driving Licence
Experience of managing challenging behaviour and EBD whilst leading and supporting a team
