Brand new childrens home based in a semi rural location in Godstone, surrey is looking to recruit a new manager to be tasked with getting the service up and running and recieving referrals. The home is brand new and recently fully refurbished to meet the needs of OFSTED and Childrens Home Regulations.
You will be working in an 8 bedded childrens home for young people aged 9-17 with EBD and other associated issues. The home is all ready and passed inspections, the just need to recruit a registered manager to get the ball rolling and start filling the bedrooms!
This is a completely new home and organisation, you will be given a high amount of independence and responsibility and be seen as the main point of contact for the home, taking charge of the staff team and effecitvely delegating tasks is key here as you will be managing a large service.
You must have the desire and foresight to be able to implement strategy and be focused on ensuring that a family atmosphere is prominent within the service, in line with company strategy and statement of purpose.
