Job Description

A well established learning disability unit for 6 adults with various learning disabilities is recruiting for a new manager to take over the running of the service.

The job role involves working in a unit based in a quiet area in Crawley, close to all public transport links and local services.

Your job role will involve managing a staff team in a sometimes pressurised environment in line with regulations and organisational standards. You must be able to communicate effectively with staff and service users, ensuring the home runs smoothly.

You will be working for an organisation with over 100 homes nationwide and 10 in the local area, this give you an excellent scope for support and assistance.

Your area manager Marillyn has been with the organisation for years and is happy to let you run the unit the way you see fit and to accomodate all management styles. Offering support and guidance.
