Job Description

Registered Manager Needed

Highly regarded and reputable client is looking for an experienced, registered manager for their brand new, specialised residential children's home in Sleaford. The role of registered manager is one where you will continue to enhance your leadership skills and be a role model for young people. With your recent, relevant experience and the drive, ambition and vison to make a positive impact on the lives of young people you will lead your team to strive for the best possible outcomes for the home and the children in your care.


My client puts the well-being and needs of their residents at the heart of everything they do, so being calm and consistent in your practice is key in order to get the best outcomes for the young people. You will be aware of and sensitive to social, emotional and mental health difficulties that the young people may experience giving them the nurturing, care and boundaries that they need in order to navigate adolescence.

Along with experience of at least 2 years Ofsted inspections you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care/Children and Young People in the Workforce and an NVQ level 5 leadership and Management qualification to be considered for this role or be willing to train towards one.
