We are recruiting experienced Registered Nurses who are looking for their next rewarding and exciting role working inside outstanding Nursing Homes based in Brighton.
You will have the incredible opportunity to work inside a number of outstanding Nursing Homes, where a welcoming environment alongside a team of friendly staff and ongoing support is guaranteed. Inside each Nursing Home, you will be working alongside an experienced team providing both care and support as well as companionship.
You will play an extremely important role in supporting residents who may suffer from Dementia, Mobility Problems, Sensory Problems and other various medical conditions.

Your typical duties will include providing care to a selection of residents based on their individual care plans, monitoring and recording observations as well as updated the logbook. You will assist with medication rounds, perform routine procedures such as blood pressure checks and support personal care aspects. Depending on the time of your shift you will be either expected to support residents with their morning or evening routines. You will participate in daily activities that may be scheduled for residents, accompany specific residents on external appointments and assist with meal times. You will attend handover meetings, complete light admin and household cleaning plus any additional duties given by management.

Using your previous experience as an RGN you will understand the importance of resilience, patience and have the ability to be empathetic where required.
