Residential Children's Support Worker
Due to a high demand FPR Group are currently recruiting for dedicated experienced residential children's support workers, these roles are currently located in Angmering, Burgess Hill, Pullbrough, Littlehampton, Horley, Hastings and Rustington.
Whilst at these service your key duties would be to safeguard and promote the welfare of the young people, provide care and act as a positive role model. You would be expected to carry out sleep in shifts as well as long day shifts. You would be expected to produce clear written records and reports on certain young individuals, these would include information such like their behaviour or attitude. There would be aspects of domestic duties in each service to ensure cleanliness throughout, you would attend staff meetings and supervison sessions. You would be responsible for ensuring the rights and needs of the young people are met as fully as possible whether emotional, spiritual, physicial, intellectual or social and be expected to maintain positive anti-discriminary practises.
