Children's Residential Support worker and Senior Support Workers Wanted

This is a really rewarding and fulfilling role for the right candidate, with scope for training and progression.
To be successful in the role you would need to have good knowledge of child safeguarding and an NVQ Level three or willingness to work towards one.
You would be working in beautiful surroundings in Sussex with our highly regarded client in a well-managed children's home with an organisation that takes a positive, proactive approach in the development of their resident young people.
You would benefit from the support of friendly and committed staff teams, with comprehensive and informative inductions and training.
Encouraging and enabling young people to visit new places and participate in fun activities like sport, arts and crafts, baking, dance and trips outings
