Do you have experience working with young people with EBD and challenging behaviour?

This is a really rewarding and fulfilling role for the right candidate with scope for training and progression.

To be successful in the role you would need to have good knowledge of child safeguarding.

Be trauma informed and sensitive to the needs of young people.

You will have a full driver's licence and an NVQ Level three or willingness to work towards one.

You would be working in beautiful West Sussex with our highly regarded client in a well-managed children's home.

The client takes a positive, proactive approach in the development of their resident young people.

You would benefit from the support of friendly and committed staff teams, with comprehensive and informative inductions and training.

Take pride in providing support for vulnerable young people and make a real difference to their day.

Participating in everyday life around the home and supporting young people with their life-skills and independence.

Encouraging and enabling young people to visit new places and participate in fun activities like gardening, arts and crafts, baking, dance, outings and exercise.
