- Assisting with temporary & interim recruitment - administration, contacting hiring managers & agencies to arrange candidate interviews
- Co-ordinating candidate offers, to include discussing pay rates
- Maintaining & updating complex spreadsheets
- Setting up new staff with IT equipment & access badges
- Managing queries coming in to central email inboxes
I am looking for someone who displays the below:
- Excellent communicator
- Attention to detail
- Ability to deliver high levels of working accuracy at pace
- Comfortable using the phone
- Recruitment experience would be ideal
- It is desirable that the candidate has an understanding of commercial pay negotiations
- Our team is small and informal, so I am looking for someone who has the right personality
Paying £10.41 per hour PAYE.
