Job Description

Recruitment Resourcer - 6 month contract

Are you looking to step into the recruitment industry but don't know where to start?

Forget having certificates or the extensive experience, if you are friendly, committed and a team player, whilst being driven, highly organised and determined then keep reading as this could be a great opportunity for you!!

Come and join the guys in the Portsmouth office, as a valued Recruitment Resourcer. In essence, you will be discussing exciting new job roles with us that we are recruiting for to gain a strong understanding of exactly what type of candidate the client would be looking for. From here you will be given the best weapons of choice to identify suitable targets having access to EVERY main job board and the tools to scour all social media platforms. You will engage with candidates and establish their suitability for your role. Sitting next to an experienced team that are willing to help, explain and demonstrate will make your job a lot easier as you won't be thrown in at the deep end!

You will be assisting the team with high volumes of manufacturing recruitment and get the opportunity to carry out inductions for new starters within the work setting. This will require a driving license as you won't just be sat at the same desk day in, day out. You will register candidates and discuss the best options for them whilst being their main point of contact for any issues or queries at all times.

What we want from you -

If we've not said already… drive, resilience, organisation, relentless/highly-focussed and being self-sufficient.

You'll need to be excited to be part of a team, working together to achieve each goal.

Strong communication skills on the phone.

Experience already of dealing with customers or relating office based experience would be beneficial.

Good levels of IT skills, Microsoft Office, Outlook etc
