Resourcing Advisor - Chichester
Contract role (6 months) £14.92/hr
Are you looking for a contract opportunity in Recruitment that will utilise your past experience from an in-house capacity or an agency?
Located in central Chichester conveniently close to public transport and car parks, we are actively looking for a Resourcing Advisor to start as soon as possible.
You will manage the provision of resourcing across a Directorate/Service and proactively work with management to ensure that resourcing needs are identified and filled professionally. You will also have a proven record of success in designing and delivering resourcing. Other essential skills include previous experience of using an Applicant Tracking System and issuing psychometric tests. You will also hold a Level 4 Diploma in Recruitment Leadership or an equivalent qualification.
Other key elements of the role include:
- Increasing talent attraction capabilities within the function
- Benchmarking salaries and campaign management
- Social media and resourcing marketing
