Join our vibrant, fast-growing client based in Waterlooville, boasting an impressive annual revenue in 2022 and 2023 and looking to further improve this. We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to play a pivotal role in our customer-centric team.
As a Sales Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Issuing and uploading quotations
- Logging and managing customer feedback
- Providing essential information to customers
- Handling all sales enquiries via the website, email, and telephone
- And much more to contribute to our customers' exceptional experience.
- Your role will extend beyond administration and evolve into comprehensive sales support, allowing you to build strong customer relationships. Daily communication via phone and email will be key, addressing questions, queries, and resolving potential complaints. You will also create and track quotes, collaborate with various departments when necessary, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
What do I need?
- Prior experience in sales support and administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, with an ideal familiarity with Sage or similar ERP systems and CRM Quoting systems
- A talent for efficiently resolving complaints
- A commitment to prioritising the customer journey
- Outstanding communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently.
